Read these tips before your visit to get the most out of it.

Before your lash appointment

Please arrive for lash applications and refills without makeup and with clean lashes, so we can spend the time on what matters — your treatment. Extensions last longer and look better when bonded to clean lashes.

Personal details

Clients are required to give their correct first and last name and phone number when booking. We never share client data with third parties, and everyone handling it is bound by confidentiality.

Late arrivals

A booking is always binding and should be claimed at least 5 minutes before the start. Please notify us if you are running late. If a client does not show up and does not notify us, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service price.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via the cancellation link or by email.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, we charge 50% of the service price.
  • For no-shows or unused appointments, we charge 100% of the service price.
  • In case of illness with a doctor’s certificate, there is no charge.

Payment methods

We accept card and cash. We always provide a receipt, preferably electronic, to help protect the environment.

Guarantee

Our lash services carry a one-week (7-day) guarantee. Please follow the lash aftercare instructions carefully. The guarantee does not apply if lash tint or liquid eyeliner has been used, or if lashes have been washed with a product other than the one we recommend.

Complaints: We do our best to ensure you are happy. Any complaints should be made within one week of your visit by phone, email or via Facebook.
